Universal Telecom is a BOCRA-licensed telecommunications provider based in Gaborone that builds and operates its own fibre network. The company offers home fibre internet, enterprise connectivity, dedicated internet access and IP transit through its own autonomous system, AS328757. Its infrastructure spans physical fibre plant, colocation facilities and backup power systems supporting a carrier-grade network.
